How to ask us to delete information we hold about you, including data from our Instagram giveaways.

What we delete

Your Instagram username, account ID, comment text, and the record of any reply or message we sent you for the giveaway or campaign you took part in.

Email saeed@woltx.ae with your Instagram username and the post you commented on. We will reply to confirm the request before deleting anything.

We delete the record within 30 days of your request, and we confirm by email once it is done.

Instagram itself stores your comments and direct messages. You can delete your own comment or message in the Instagram app at any time.
